Another photo essay critique is ready to go. This one is coming in two parts - this first part features the color photographs. There is also a black and white series with the same subject which will be posted in a few days.

A request has also been made for some possible feedback on the associated blog http://worldpeace.fingersandfeet.com/

The photographer is approaching the task of promoting peace under the theory that kids everywhere are fairly similar, it’s only their environment that differs.

As always, thoughts on the photos as a whole essay as well as any individual images are welcome.

We’re about ready to get started on a critique forum amongst members. There are going to be 2 options, one based around a single photograph and one based around a photo essay of up to 5 photographs.

Each Monday there’ll be a new single photo from a member that everyone else can critique. Each Thursday/Friday, it’ll be the photo essay. Again, everyone will be able to offer their opinions.

To keep it manageable, only one member at a time can place an image up for critique. Of course, older ones will still be open for discussion as well.

In order to get your photographs into the critique queue, you need to send me a message, letting me know whether it’s a single image or essay you’re entering. I’ll arrange the order. Where I get 2 people wanting a critique at the same time, I’ll be giving preference to upgraded members over free members.

To give some extra incentive for someone to be first, I’ve got an extra copy of Steve Pressfield’s “The War of Art” that I’ll send to whoever is the first person to submit a photo.

Any questions, drop me a line.

Have you ever think to make the forum in some languages??
It could be nice for search engine marketing, isn’t it? And also nice for non-english speakers!!

All the best,
